1. Overview
This policy explains how GM Mobile Shop (gmmobileshop.com) uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. The short version: we use only strictly necessary storage that the shop cannot work without. We do not set any analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
2. What we store

localStorage entries are stored only in your own browser: the data in gm_cart and gm_currency is not transmitted to us until you actually place an order.
3. What we do not use
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media pixels, cross-site tracking or any other third-party tracking technologies. No profile of your browsing behaviour is created.
4. Why no consent banner?
Under EU rules (the ePrivacy Directive and, in Germany, § 25 (2) TDDDG), storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user — such as keeping your shopping cart and currency preference, or authenticating a logged-in session — does not require consent. Because we use only such essential storage, no cookie consent banner is needed. Should we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we would first update this policy and ask for your consent.
5. How to clear or block storage
You can delete the stored entries at any time via your browser's settings (usually under "Clear browsing data" / "Cookies and site data"), or block storage for this site entirely. Note that if you clear or block this storage, your cart will be emptied and your currency preference reset — the shop will otherwise continue to work.
