Free EU shipping

Shipping is free of charge to every EU country, with no minimum order value. All parcels are sent fully tracked and insured, and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Since every destination is inside the EU, there are no customs duties and no import fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Dispatch within 24 hours

All items shown as “In stock” are physically in our warehouse. Orders confirmed on a business day are picked, packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

24-month warranty

Every device we sell is brand new and covered by a full 24-month warranty, in line with EU consumer law. If your device develops a manufacturing fault within that period, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.

To make a warranty claim, simply email info@gmmobileshop.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We cover return shipping costs for all approved warranty claims.

In addition, you have the standard EU right of withdrawal: you may return an unused device in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
